The above pic comes from your Help File (Page 28/41). I still don't understand what do you want to say above even I have read it many times carefully.

1) What means the "into lower levels"?
2) What means the "where these excursions are few in number."?
3) "In effect the table can be seen to be predicting future numbers regularly and so is likely to continue to do so. " How can be seen to be predicting future numbers regularly from the pic on the Help File (page 28/41)? And how it is likely to continue to do so??
4) "while the immediate past few draws the results may have been low given the regularity of hits in the past a better or even improving result can be expected over the next few draws to come." I have been confused totally by the above sentence! Could you explain it clearly? Come on, please!

AT,

The above pic comes from your Help File (page 29/41).
Based on the explanation, the Blue Points should be generated from below formula:

Bx=R(x+1)+R(x+2)+R(x+3)+R(x+4)+R(x+5)/5

Note:
Bx is the hit value of Xth blue point and x=1,2,3,...100;
R(x+1) is the hit value of (X+1)th red point and x=1,2,3,...100;
/ is a sign of division;
5 is the default value i.e. Look ahead 5 future draws;

For example, based on the pic in the Help File above:

R(1+1)=R(2)=1; R(2+1)=R(3)=0; R(3+1)=R(4)=0; R(4+1)=R(5)=3; R(5+1)=R(6)=0;
So, B1=R(2)+R(3)+R(4)+R(5)+R(6)/5=1+0+0+3+0/5=4/5=0.8;

In this way, we can get 95 blue points when selecting Draws=100 and
Look ahead 5 future draws .

Is it above correct?

The explanation about Hits Delay in your Help File above just is the one sentence only as below:

"This chart shows how many draws we have till a particular hit category shows up."

It's too simple to understand and use the tool.

Could you explain it in detail such as:

1) How do you generate or how can we read all pictures about Hits Delay? Please explain them one by one clearly.
2) How can we use these pictures to find the best GAT ID?
3) What's the relationship between Hits Delay and Hits?

AT,

The above words come from your Help File (page 35/41). I have some questions about them as below:

1) I'm not sure why the topic is "Modes of Operation" since I can not find some multiple Modes here but one way of using GAT only.
2) In fact, there is only one useful sentence in above words i.e. Therefore the preferred way of using G.A.T. is to find a successful GAT table and then continue to make use of this same GAT over several draws. The other sentences are not only useless but logic confusion and incoherent. (IMHO)
3) In fact, your Help File should include two Parts:
a. Tell customers clearly and logically how can use GAT Engine including the basic operations;
b. Tell customers clearly and systematically how can find the best GAT from the huge GADs;

But the most regrettable and puzzling thing is that your Help File did nothing!

I'm not sure if No way to find the best GAT since the Engine just is a random Quick Picker actually or you don't want to tell us about it totally???

AT,

I'm a serious lotto player and have played lotto more than 30 years.
In the 30+ years, I have read a lot of Help files of lotto programs.
To be honest, reading your Help File is a painful and crazy job really!
There are a lot of mistakes including words, grammar, organization and structure, logical, ...in your Help File.

As a Help file, it should be a standard book instead of a rough post in a Forum.
A good Help file is not only a readable and handle user guide but also a strong proof of good production.
It's normal rule: A good Help file can increase customers' trust to the production, isn't it?

I do hope you or your partner can improve the Help File carefully and seriously!

AT,

Three days have passed since last Friday, I have not yet looked at any answer from you? Obviously, you are not happy.Please forgive me if there are some wrong in my posts above. To be honest, I'm very interested in GAT Engine since its uniqueness with other lotto systems. And I've been studying all documents including Help File and Forum since I ordered GAT three weeks ago. I DO HOPE to get to know and use it correctly asap.

At the same time, I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to your past replies. Thank you so much, AT!!!

As a novice, I may have raised some repetitive or stupid questions even in the tone of some straightforward frank. If so, please give understanding.

I welcome my questions in the error to be given criticism too!

Anyway, it is undesirable not to respond to customer's questions about your product (even if negative). Isn't it? ;)

AT,

I have another question in GAT's running as below:

I set the range to 5-20 in Minimum/maximum req. numbers in a new scan.
But I find that I still can get all information of >20 when I clicked the +/- button in the page of GAT Table even though I can not get anything by clicking the +/- button in the page of Panorama. Why?

On the setting of 5-20, can I use the information of >20 in the page of GAT Table to select the best GAT?

If necessary, I can post relative pictures to explain the question above further.

AT,

I have met another new problem about GAT's running as below:

I have scanned my GAT up to 4617902+ now, then I tried to add a GAT=4607091
into the bar of "Requested G.A.T table" in the window of "Quick move to" but it's nothing. Why? Please look at the picture:
